Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and we need to start acknowledging the importance of looking after our mental health.


We all experience times of stress, anxiety and low mood, and it is paramount that we acknowledge and validate our feelings.


Early intervention is key to prevent the situation from escalating and it's crucial that we talk about our thoughts and feelings, reach out, and access support.


Stress is often a trigger for our emotions changing. 
The connection between stress, anxiety and low mood is more complex than we may realise.

That's why it is important to recognise what causes us to feel stressed so we can learn different coping mechanisms to help us manage challenging times.
