Emma Colquhoun
Managing Director
Emma is Hallie's mum and the founder of Ignite Impact Foundation. The Foundation was formed to create a lasting legacy for her beautiful, kind, and selfless daughter Hallie.
​
Emma is a qualified midwife and has spent the last 11 years specialising in safeguarding, supporting vulnerable women and their families, whilst mitigating risk.
Her knowledge, experience, and transferrable skills has been invaluable for developing Ignite, and she is extremely passionate about supporting others.
​
Through Ignite Impact Foundation, Emma will continue Hallie's vision and ensure that her message is delivered.

"My heart will forever be broken and I will never recover from losing Hallie. Losing a child is the worst possible pain and every day is complete torture.
Hallie was the centre of our world and by continuing her legacy, ensures that she is always with me in everything I do.
​Hallie was a true empath, with the kindest heart, and spent her life supporting others. She was passionate, driven, and an incredible dancer.
Her love for dance was evident throughout her performances, and she was such a beautiful, expressive, and captivating performer.
I am so unbelievably proud to be Hallie's mum.
Hallie's Legacy will have a positive impact on the lives of so many, and that is something truly special."

Wendy Crooks
Head of Business
Wendy is Hallie's nan and is head of business at Ignite Impact Foundation. She was always one of Hallie's biggest supporters throughout her dance journey, attending shows and competitions, and often driving Hallie to her dance classes.
Wendy is passionate about ensuring that Hallie's dreams and vision lives on through IIF.
​
Wendy has 6 years of management experience for her time working for a Housing Association. This includes Business Development, Budget Planning, and Strategic Planning.
​
Wendy also has experience as an Accounts Manager. Prior to the management roles, she worked front line, supporting care leavers and vulnerable young people with additional needs.
​
Wendy supported young people to build their resilience, develop valuable life skills, and empowered them to achieve the best of their ability.
Wendy also has an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
​

Noorat Kitima
Noorat Kitima is a content creator across Ignite Associates social media platforms.
​
Her digital skills has helped Ignite garner millions of views and engagement over all platforms and truly bring the vision of the foundation to life.
​
Noorat has been an invaluable asset in the launch and continued growth of Ignite.
"I am extremely passionate about content creation and my role with Ignite as the cause is very close to my heart, Hallie was an undoubtedly amazing girl and to be able to do this job in her honour and keep her legacy going is so special and I cannot wait to see the future and growth of the foundation”.
Dance Faculty

Joshua Samuel Freeman
Joshua-Samuel Freeman is a professional performer and teacher from Northamptonshire.
​
He started artistic men's gymnastics at age 7 & dancing at age 8 in styles ballet, jazz, contemporary, commercial & more!
Joshua successfully graduated from the Urdang academy with a HND in professional dance and musical theatre in 2021.
He has since gone on to work and perform for stage & TV/FILM, recently working for ITV on Mamma Mia's "I have a dream" Live at the Novello!

Joshua has also spent the last 5 months touring Australia and New Zealand, performing in the World of Musicals Concert!

Lucia Lawrence
Lucia has graduated from Addict Dance Academy in 2023 achieving a First Class (BA Hons). She has trained in many styles including Jazz, Commercial, Ballet, Tap, Latin and Contemporary.
As well as dancing, she has trained in singing and acting. She has had opportunities to perform in Disneyland Paris, His Majesty’s Theatre and The Royal Albert Hall.
Having trained with choreographers that are currently in the industry such as Joanna Goodwin, Matt Nicholson and Blake John Wood she has gained knowledge that she hopes to pass on to dancers at Ignite Dance Space.
Lucia’s goal is to help every dancer grow with confidence in all styles but most importantly enjoy themselves.

Lara Dorothy
Lara is a dancer who has been in training since the age of 2. She has a passion for dance and choreographing, in particular commercial and heels routines.
During her training, Lara performed at Her Majesty’s Theatre on the West End, and at the Royal Albert Hall. She has also taken part in several competitions and has featured on ITV dancing.
​
Lara is also a First Responder and is training to be a nurse. Alongside her First Response work, she works in paediatric and adult A&E and in a psychiatric hospital as a healthcare assistant. Lara is qualified in life support and mental health first aid.
​
“Hallie was such a precious best friend to me and I was so lucky to be able to grow up, go to school and learn to dance with her. We have so many precious memories I will hold on to forever. I feel so privileged to be able to help carry out her dreams and legacy.”

Lucy-Rose Gibson
Lucy-Rose Gibson is a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer specialising in commercial dance.
Lucy Graduated from Addict Dance Academy in 2022, focusing on teaching and auditioning in the dance industry.
​
Recently returning from the Tina Turner Rock Legend Tour in Germany, she has gained a multitude of experience with other credits such as backing dancer for trade shows and music events.
​
"It's my biggest asset giving back to the younger generation, and being able to share knowledge and help guide them to the future they desire".

Selena Adele Burt
Selena has danced since the age of 3 starting off in ballroom and has since expanded her skills now training in styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Commercial, Hip-hop, Lyrical and Contemporary and Latin.
​
Throughout her training she has taken on endless performance opportunities in festivals, competitions and some of London’s West End stages. Selena has also taken on the role as our Advanced Ambassador on the Ignite Associates Programme! She is currently studying at Addict Dance Academy for her degree in dance.
​
Selena has also assumed the role of content creator for IDS's social media platforms. Her natural talent for video editing and content creation is truly inspiring, and we look forward to witnessing her continued growth and success.

Tyson Simon
Tyson Simon is a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer from Leicester. Tyson specialises in Commercial, Contemporary Fusion and Jazz. Having graduated in 2021, he has been able to work with some incredible artists such as Dua Lipa, Tate McRae, Becky Hill, Calvin Harris, Kim Petras, Rudimental and more. Tyson has worked in tv/film with streaming services like Amazon and Disney+, most recently being assistant choreographer in music videos for Elton John, Britney Spears and Yung Blud.

Bella Denison-Foster
Bella is currently training at Addict Dance Academy on the Musical Theatre Degree Course and is a 'triple threat performer'. She has been training with Addict for the last 3 years and is about to begin her 2nd year on the degree course.

Bella has been performing since the age of four, attending Stagecoach in Godalming for 11 years.
She has taken exams in Musical theatre, Singing and LAMDA, and passed them all, achieving Merits and Distinctions.
​
Bella loves to perform and specialises in acting through song. She also teaches performing arts to young adults with learning disabilities.
​
“I recently had the privilege of working with Composer, Adam Howell. I was fortunate to sing the vocals of a beautiful song that was written for Hallie. It meant so much to me when I was asked to perform this song for Hallie. She was a bundle of joy and talent, and a really special friend. I would often tell halls that I would always be her number one supporter, so having the chance to keep supporting her dreams and legacy, will forever be amazing”

Jude Ponting
Jude Ponting is a professional singer and musical theatre performer from Northampton.
He started dancing at age 3 training in most styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap and breaking. Later discovering a love for singing, he played the role of Mike Teavee in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the west end, and also chosen to be on Will.i.am's team on the voice kids in 2018.
Having trained in musical theatre and dance at both Tring Park and Performers College, Jude is very excited to be teaching for Ignite, before travelling around Europe as a lead vocalist on a Cruiship.

Jolie May-Allcoat
Jolie-May Allcoat currently attends Addict Dance Academy as a student but also trained there along side Hallie.
Jolie has danced since she was 4 in a variety of styles such as acro, ballet, tap, commercial, musical theatre, lyrical and jazz. She has competed across the country and has won multiple medals across these competitions. She won the British acro champion award in 2022.
She specialises in acro and jazz technique and has taught a variety of classes since she was 14.
“I am so honoured to be teaching at ignite. Hallie meant the world to me so doing this for her is amazing and a wish come true."

Olivia Rozee
Olivia Rozee is a professional dancer from Northamptonshire. She has danced since the age of 5 in styles of Commercial, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Ballet & Jazz. Olivia is currently studying at Addict Dance Academy for a degree in dance.
